Avenir Thinking (avenirthinking.com) is an expert digital agency that helps brands thrive in the new digital economy. We are an LGBTQ-owned agency with a diverse clientele in the non-profit and for-profit markets. We have a lot of fun internally and with our clients and have a great workplace in the Banker’s Hill neighborhood.

We are looking to grow our team by adding an Account Coordinator. We are a small but mighty team of creative and strategic thinkers and doers with a passion for delivering top-quality branding, technology, and marketing support to our growing list of customers.

This role is great for you if you’re interested, smart, detail-oriented, great with technology, quick on your feet, and an individual producer.

Our new Account Coordinator will help support the owner and the team as we grow in capacity and talent. We value independence, creativity, and dedication, taking ownership over assigned projects and making sure client and project objectives are achieved.

Our ideal candidate will have experience supporting a busy business owner and have some experience and/or deep understanding of digital marketing. You may be required to perform administrative tasks, conduct market research, update and organize systems, draft marketing copy, support other experts on our team, etc.

Also, you will assist with special projects; design and produce documents, proposals, reports, and presentations; collect and prepare information for meetings with staff and outside parties; compose and prepare correspondence; maintain contact lists via in-house CRM.

  • Familiar with WordPress to make updates
