The Recovery Ride is an annual fundraising bike ride for cyclists of all abilities. Avenir provided full-service event management from registration to beyond the finish line, taking this already-outstanding event to a whole new level of success.

After meeting with the organizing committee, we refreshed the entire brand identity of The Recovery Ride, creating and managing a social media campaign that used powerful imagery and poignant storytelling that conveyed the message of hope at the core of The Recovery Ride's mission.

Shifting Gears

We created an online event registration and donation platform designed to encourage donations, facilitate activity organization, promote volunteer participation and educate the community on available resources. Leaderboards and team pages provided incentives for all participants to engage more frequently than in previous years.

Stirring content only has as much impact as its reach. We created an email marketing campaign that spoke to the hearts of donors and contributed to the more than doubling of funds raised. Additionally, we designed t-shirts, posters, flyers, stickers and a billboard to take the event offline and out into the real world.

We employed a mobile-first philosophy to ensure the website was effective and lightning fast on every device to allow participants to get donations wherever they were, whenever the opportunity arose.
