We created a section for online forms to streamline referrals and patient registration. Giving clients the ability to fill forms out in advance means more time for therapy.

Extending help beyond the session
We added a page that not only provides links to community resources, but allows clients to take self-evaluations that they can discuss during therapy sessions.
